Kundera says in his masterpiece “The Festival of Insignificance”: Insignificance, my friend, is the essence of existence, and it is always with us everywhere, it exists even where no one wants to see it: in horror, in bloody conflicts, in the most serious tragedies, but the intention is not to recognize the meaninglessness. Breathing this triviality that surrounds us, is the key to wisdom, the key to a good mood and contentment .
Mr. Salah Manna’a, the unrighteous assailant, sat crossing a leg over the other at the headquarters of the prosecution office and began a lengthy investigation with the young Muammar Musa about the picture he snapped at the prosecution office gate before he was thrown into prison. Four months until now because of a photo! Since then I realized that we are in a whirlpool contrived by the Committee of The Eradication of Empowerment and will not rest before unscrewing the very values of the revolution that seek freedom and justice. Noble goals that will never be accosted in light of the committee of the unrighteous assailant.
The day before yesterday, Allah conferred upon the great revolutionary Alassam for whom I have special friendliness and respect, with a truthful tweet in which he stated that: “Freedom is for Muammar Musa and for every one of those detained arbitrarily without legal procedures”. He held the Public Prosecutor and the judicial authorities responsible and demanded an explanation of the reasons for the arrest or immediate release and added: "the state of law is for us and the others".
The revolution will fall when its values are violated, and its slogans are mistreated by the new mobs.
Two days ago, the new media outlets flew with the news that our colleague Elsahfie Eldaw was taken to the prosecution office of the eradication of empowerment, as if he were a thief who broke into Ashorooq channel at a night. This was done in accordance with orders by the unrighteous assailant personally, in the most heinous exploitation of acclaimed powers that knows no limits or values for the honour of men.
The parties that granted this unrighteous man and his committee those unprecedented powers paved the way for the biggest farce in the modern history of Sudan and the vastest violation of all the values of justice. A narrow-minded and limited membership committee was given powers that go beyond all legal norms, operating according to an unprecedented grotesque Law that all law society had denounced. A law that allows the confiscation of lands, homes and funds, and permits the dismissal of the most scrupulous and honourable judges, the smartest diplomats and the brightest legal advisers. A law that consents the closure of newspapers and the seizure of TV channels. Massacres of justice are taking place without judiciary that issues judgments and with no appeal rights granted or a constitutional court commissioned to review. Nothing, but the committee of the unrighteous assailant that does whatever it wants.
The brutality of that committee began with violations and prolonged injustice against the Islamists, who are now languishing in the cellars of confinements and prisons without trials, and some are even arrested without charges in the first place, but the violations and grievances will not stop until its imminent strike against those who are silent towards it those who are applauding it.
Thanks to the Network of Journalists for condemning the unjust attack on our colleague Elsahfie Eldaw! If the victims of the violations of this unrighteous assailant and his committee formed a front of pressure in the face of this authoritarian arrogance, the balance of justice would be installed and this farce, which is getting marketized under the name of the revolution, will come to an end.
